1930 The Fabian family become owners of the house.
1930-1950 The Fabian family runs a farm with domestic animals. There is a apricot orchard and a vineyard.
1982 Construction of the main building in place of the orchards.
1989 Construction of five rooms to let on the first floor of the main building.
1996 Total reconstruction of the guesthouse. The garage becomes the reception area. The stables are converted into six double rooms.
2021-2022 Renovation of the guesthouse, construction of the studios.
